Art- Where Creativity Shines

Welcome to another exciting year of creativity in the art room! I'm thrilled to begin a new school year filled with imagination, exploration, and artistic growth. This year, students will have the opportunity to work with a variety of materials and techniques—from drawing and painting to using 3-D materials like clay and cardboard sculptures. 

In the art room, we focus on the process of creating, encouraging students to express themselves while building confidence, and developing problem-solving skills. We’ll also explore famous artists, cultural traditions, and how art connects to the world around us.

I look forward to seeing the amazing things our young artists will create this year. Be sure to check our school's Facebook page throughout the year for updates and highlights of student work! Our school's Art Show will be the evening of May 1st. We hope to see you there!
